Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide within two business days of receiving your order and include tracking and insurance. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. We cannot be responsible for customs delays or for customs charges levied by the destination country.

We are happy to accommodate special shipping arrangements, including express shipments or specific carriers. Contact prior to purchase to discuss your requirements.

We accept returns provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at for a return approval.

All items must be sent back to us within five days of their arrival. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the item has been received by us, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit only, to be used within one year of original purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
